Haven't been here for a while, nearly a year in fact.
I stopped painting in July and took up writing. At the present time, it's all I want to do, and I'm trying not to feel guilty about my neglected studio. This is a useful space anyway for people staying over, and I'm sure I will return. Writing suits my life at the moment, I have to nip to the UK a lot, I can write anywhere, anytime, and it seems to not require the amount of procrastination involved with painting. BUT, here is a painting I made for T et Clochers this year, a departure away from what I was doing— nothing to do with the lure of possible large cheque . . .
